Our Syrah grapes are grown at 2,500 feet on a sloping mountain in the high Sierra Foothills of California. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in small lots. The wine is aged in 41% new French Oak barrels for 18 months. Dark, tannic, and earthy with jammy fruit notes with accents of baking spices and raspberry.
