Our Merlot grapes are grown at 2,500 feet on a sloping mountain in the high Sierra Foothills of California. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in small lots. The wine is aged in 28% new French Oak barrels for 18 months. Dark and silky with notes of cherry pie and white pepper with accents of vanilla.
