Our Cabernet Franc grapes are grown at 2,500 feet on a sloping mountain in the high Sierra Foothills of California. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in small lots. The wine is aged in 21% new French Oak barrels for 18 months. Dark and rugged with pepper and black fruit notes with accents of pine box and earth.
